How SahyogSetu Works
A simple process to make a big difference.
1. List an Item
Create an account, add a clear title, honest condition, location and up to five photos. Never put a phone number or private address in your public listing.
2. Request an Item
Browse your community, find something you genuinely need and explain your need and pickup availability. Track the response in My Requests.
3. Connect & Help
The donor accepts one request and the item becomes reserved. Only the two participants can view the contact details shared for the active handover. Agree on pickup, then the donor marks the donation complete.
If plans change
Cancel your request promptly. Donors can withdraw available items. Review My Activity for the actions available at each stage.
