Are items free?
Yes. Never send a payment, deposit or platform fee. Report anyone asking for money.
Who chooses the receiver?
The donor reviews requests and accepts one. There is no bidding or payment priority.
Is delivery included?
No. The donor and receiver agree on pickup after acceptance. SahyogSetu does not offer delivery.
When are contact details shared?
Only after a request is accepted, while its item is reserved, and only with the participants. Public listings must not contain private details.
Can I edit or withdraw a listing?
Yes, manage your available listings from My Donations. Reserved or completed donations have restricted actions to protect the handover.
How do I report a problem?
Use Report Listing on the item page, or the report form on Contact Us. Sign in and include the listing link.
