• Give useful items honestly. Describe damage, missing parts and hygiene concerns. Do not list unsafe, illegal, stolen or inappropriate items.
• Never ask for payment, a deposit, a commission, bids or bargaining. Do not offer money or use SahyogSetu to resell items.
• Request only what you need. Explain your need briefly and cancel if your plans change.
• Keep phone numbers and private addresses out of public listings and photos. Avoid including personal documents or other people in item photos.
• Arrange handover only after acceptance. Prefer a public meeting place and daylight, and consider bringing someone you trust.
• Never share passwords, one-time codes, banking information or identity documents to receive a donation.
• Do not harass other users. If an exchange feels unsafe, stop arranging it. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
